How Does the Move to the Future Property Sales franchise operate?

Your franchise is your business to develop to the best of your ability within the parameters of the franchise. The franchise provides you with the massive advantage of full use of the Assentic Property Transaction System that is being made available exclusively to Move to the Future Property Sales franchisees. No other system comes close and it will be yours to use within your territory.

Move to the Future will provide all of the benefits highlighted under the Unique Benefits of the Move to the Future Property Sales franchise.

The key to the franchise is that the Assentic Property Transaction System enables the franchisee in the field and their support team within the Move to the Future area office to work together as a consistent team, constantly in touch and up to date, without the expense of unnecessary overheads. This enables the work to be completed much more efficiently, resulting in services to customers at much lower sustainable prices, without loss of quality.

The Assentic PTS also helps you to directly manage your relationship with your preferred suppliers, in particular your preferred conveyancers, IFAs and Move to the Future’s national print service.
Local advertising will be booked and managed directly by you and Move to the Future will supply the branded material/artwork.

Move to the Future will upload all properties to the agreed property portals in your behalf and when the HIP is complete and the property is released to market, it will automatically appear on the Move to the Future website.

Move to the Future have and will continue to negotiate most supplier agreements centrally in order to be able to pass on the benefits accruing from the economies of scale.

Move to the Future will continue to ensure there is proactive national PR activity and corporate marketing to help build the brand.

Preferential bank finance (subject to status) has been negotiated on your behalf enabling you to plan the growth of your business.

Preferential rates have and are continuing to be negotiated for the provision of financial and conveyancing services.

Within the initial start up costs we include all computing and telecommunication equipment, including software that you will need either in-house or in the field.

Your Initial Costs

A direct result of Assentic’s PTS is that the cost of starting a franchise is dramatically reduced. Depending upon personal circumstances an Move to the Future Property Sales franchise can be started for between £15k and £22k.

Included in this figure are the costs for all equipment, travel, insurances including membership of the Ombudsman’s scheme and general operating costs. Full details will be given upon application.

What is the franchise Agreement?

The franchise agreement is the contract between you the franchisee and Move to the Future the franchisor. It sets out both parties' rights and obligations so that both parties know what to expect.

The Move to the Future franchise agreement has been developed with reference to the British Franchise Association's standards and European Code of Ethics.

Our franchise agreement is for 10 years with a break period after 5 years. You can therefore automatically renew the franchise after 5 years, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
